We had a high-res digital copy of our Sri Lankan wedding photo printed and framed three months ago, and Benjamin was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was super friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us choose the perfect elements to complement such a special memory - including the frame, glass and paper. The crew at Surrey Hills spent over an hour and half developing the frame and layout for our items. The overall presentation is exceptional and looks fantastic on our wall. Great experience. We had our National Champions Aerobics top framed, along with a photo and commemorative pin for our school. They worked with our needs and how we wanted the final piece to look. Quality was outstanding and proudly sits in our corridor to show off our National title.

I went to Frames Now Prahran today to enquire about fixing the hanging wire on the back of a mosaic. I anticipated leaving it and picking it up at a later date. To my surprise, it was fixed on the spot, at only a fraction of the cost I expected to pay. I was 'gobsmacked'. Thank you Teddy for all your help.

I had to bring in a large print to be fixed as the glass broke when it was moved for painting. The staff explained the various options I had to reframe it and in the end I chose acrylic because it would be lighter. Very helpful staff and the print looks good, now back up on our wall

All the staffs were incredibly patient in answering all my questions and helping me choose the right frames and photos to suit my needs. In the end, I selected eight large frames with prints, and they even converted each image to black and white for me.
The order took about two weeks to be ready, and when I saw the final product, I was absolutely delighted—it looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. The frames were also very well-protected. Their service was outstanding, and I will definitely continue to support them!

The staff at Frame Now were super helpful and I’m really pleased with the beautiful frame for my photos. I was contacted when they thought one of the photos was not of a very good quality and they reprinted it for me. The finished piece exceeded my expectations!
